Michael L. Bacon

Mike Bacon maintains a statewide practice in tax increment financing (TIF). He has represented Community Redevelopment Authorities, economic development groups, and real estate developers, including local, regional, national and multinational companies, on more than 275 TIF projects across the state. Mike was the lead recruiter on 3 Fortune 500 company greenfield startups in Gothenburg. He also maintains his license as a title insurer and abstractor. He has been the Gothenburg city attorney for more than 35 years.
